Chop 2 medium peaches and 1 ripe banana into pieces. You can leave the peach peel on.
For a thicker and colder smoothie, place the fruit in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes. You can also use frozen peaches and frozen banana.
Add the peaches, banana, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ⅓ cup milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie feels too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.
Taste and add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter.
Pour into glasses and enjoy right away while cold and creamy.
