Add the chia seeds and very hot water to a small bowl or jar. Stir for about 30 seconds until the chia seeds begin to gel.
Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, and mashed raspberries.
Stir or whisk until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy on its own or layer with extra Greek yogurt and fresh raspberries on top for a delicious parfait!
