  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spices, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the onion, beef, and water to the bowl and mix well until evenly combined.

  4. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage-shaped kofta.

  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with low-calorie cooking spray.

  6. Arrange the koftas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the koftas are cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.

  8. Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauces, such as yoghurt, hummus, or tahini sauce.
