  1. Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the shrimp dry, season with the salt and black pepper, and place them in a lightly greased baking dish in a single layer.

  2. In a bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, and paprika until you have a thick, buttery mixture.
