Cheese and Egg Sandwich
  1. Toast the slices of bread.

  2. Spread the mashed avocado on one of the slices of bread.

  3. Place the slice of light mozzarella cheese and the vegetables to taste on the other slice of bread.

  4. Put the two slices together to form the sandwich.

  5. Heat in a frying pan until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is golden brown on the outside.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
