Hot Honey Tofu
  1. Tear chunks out of the tofu then place in a container with a lid. Add the soy sauce and allow to marinate for 5-10 minutes. Pour the cornflour over and cover then give it a shake until all pieces are covered.

  2. Heat up a pan on medium heat with oil then add the tofu and fry on all sides until golden brown. Set aside.

  3. In a saucepan add the agave, chilli flakes, cayenne on low heat and stir. After 10 minutes turn off the heat then add the acv and stir. Add some salt to balance the sweetness then pour over the tofu.

  4. Serve it up with some rice, veg then enjoy!!
