Dice the potato and toss with paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, garam masala, oil and salt. Air fry for 20 minutes or cook the night before.
Fry the onion, then add the can of baked beans and a pinch of chili powder, garam masala, cumin, salt and pepper.
Scramble the eggs, seasoning them only after they are cooked to prevent them from turning grey.
Assemble the breakfast bowl with the air fried potatoes, masala beans and scrambled eggs.
Serve with a fresh paratha.
