Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet, cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden.
Set chicken aside.
Melt remaining butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add broth and honey, scrape browned bits, simmer to thicken.
Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over.
Add cheese, cover until melted.
Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
