Chopped Avocado & Egg Salad on Toast
  1. Place all ingredients in a pile on a clean cutting board and chop with a cleaver or prep knife (large, flat-edge blades work best) until everything is diced and mixed thoroughly.

  2. Scrape together on the board to make a 1” thick square on the cutting board.

  3. Scoop up one serving of the mixture, and place it on each slice of toast.

  4. Garnish with more fresh herbs if desired.
