Homemade Jam
  1. For pineapple jam, simmer pineapple, sugar, lemon juice, and optional ginger for 20 to 30 minutes until it thickens. Allow it to cool and then transfer to jars.

  2. To make strawberry jam, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes until thickened, mashing the mixture to your desired consistency. Stir in lemon zest and vanilla, then cool and store in a sterilized jar.

  3. For raspberry jam, cook raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice for 10 to 15 minutes until thick. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain out the seeds. Add lemon zest and vanilla if desired, then cool and jar.

  4. To prepare blueberry jam, simmer blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice until the berries burst. Mash them slightly and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Optionally, stir in a cornstarch slurry, vanilla, and lemon zest before cooling and storing.

  5. For peach jam, cook peaches, sugar, and lemon juice for 20 to 30 minutes until thick. You can mash or blend it to achieve your preferred texture. Optionally, add vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon zest, then cool and jar.

  6. To make orange jam, simmer sliced oranges, lemon, and water until very soft. Stir in sugar and boil until thickened. Transfer to sterilized jars and let cool.

  7. For blackberry jam, cook blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice for 20 to 25 minutes until thick. Add lemon zest if desired, then cool and store or process for canning.

  8. For grape jam, cook crushed grapes, sugar, and lemon juice for 25 to 30 minutes until thick and glossy. Cool and store in sterilized jars.

  9. To make mango jam, simmer mangoes, sugar, and lemon juice for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring often until thick. Cool and jar.

  10. Refrigerate the jams for 2 to 3 weeks or freeze them for longer storage.
