Start by mixing the flour with the sesame seeds, black seeds, salt, and sugar, and knead it while gradually adding the water till you get a soft bouncy dough. Then let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roughly chop the onions and cook them in a cup of olive oil, then add the shredded chicken, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Once the dough has rested, cut it into 1 larger piece and 6 smaller pieces (depending on your baking dish).
Roll each piece by drizzling a touch of olive oil on the dough and flattening it with your hands.
Layer the pie till you finish the whole amount. Cover with baking sheets and tinfoil super tightly, then place it in the oven at 180C for 2 and a half hours.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before flipping. Serve it with a tangy sauce and enjoy.
