Big Mac Sauce
Slice the onion and add to an oiled pan along with the honey. Fry off until soft and browned, stirring frequently for around 15-20 minutes to prevent burning.
Combine the mince meat with salt and pepper, and portion into 4 balls. Add to an oiled pan and smash as thin as possible, then fry for 7 minutes until cooked through and browned.
Add cheese slices on top of each burger, remove from heat and cover with a lid to melt.
Chop the potatoes into chips and add to the air fryer. Coat in oil, salt, pepper, cajun seasoning and a sprinkle of chili flakes. Cook at 355F for 30 minutes without parboiling.
Melt the butter and mix with the parsley and garlic granules. Coat the brioche buns with the garlic butter mixture and toast them.
Layer up the burgers as desired, wrap in foil and place back into the air fryer for 5 minutes.
