Stir in the coconut sugar until smooth
In another bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until you have a thick, sticky dough
Fold in the chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet and shape the dough into a rough log or rectangle
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden on top
Slice while warm, then let cool for about 20 minutes to set
Optional: put the sliced bars back in the oven for another 10 minutes for a crunchier texture
