Garlic & Herb Duchess Potatoes
  1. Saute garlic in butter until very lightly browned, add rosemary and cook over medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes, set aside.

  2. Star by peeling, chopping, and soaking your potatoes

  3. Once soaked drain

  4. Cook potatoes in heavily salted water until tender, mash or put through a food mill

  5. Combine all ingredients and mix well

  6. Pipe potatoes onto a non-stick tray or parchment.

  7. Bake for 10 minutes at 390f with fan, or 425f no fan

  8. Remove from oven, brush with melted butter and cook for 6 more minutes

  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and flaky salt
