Rice Crackers Okaki (crispy Rice Snack)
  1. Mix all the ingredients with the rice. Process in a food processor until roughly mashed.

  2. Place the mixture between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out thin. (Divide into two batches if needed to fit your microwave.)

  3. Microwave for 5–6 minutes at 600W.

  4. Let it cool — it will harden as it cools.
