Add the flour, salt and yogurt into a large mixing bowl.
Mix it around with a spoon then just use your hands to gather it all into a dough.
Transfer onto floured surface and knead lightly with your hands, and cut into 5-6.
Shape into even balls with your hands.
Brush with egg wash and add some seeds.
Air fryer on the standard setting at 175 °C for 12–15 minutes.
