Fiery Chicken Ramen With Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. It’s quick, easy, and already smells incredible. Add the chicken and toss to coat. If you have 30 minutes, let it sit it makes all the difference.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6–7 minutes, until golden and slightly caramelized. Your kitchen will smell amazing at this point just wait.

  3. Stir in the garlic and paprika. Let it cook for just a few seconds. You’ll notice the aroma bloom instantly. That’s where the magic starts.

  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes, until tender. No seasoning packets needed we’re building our own flavor here.

  5. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. The broth turns silky, rich, and beautifully garlicky. It’s pure comfort.

  6. Ladle into bowls, making sure everyone gets plenty of chicken and that luscious broth. Finish with green onions for a fresh pop.
