  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Rinse, dry and de-stem the kale

  3. Massage kale in oil and lemon juice

  4. Sprinkle on granulated garlic, tossing as you go to coat evenly

  5. Arrange kale on lined baking sheet, spacing out as evenly as possible

  6. Sprinkle seal salt evenly over kale

  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until tender with crispy edges

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
