Add extra lean beef mince and brown

Add hot sauce and mix
Set beef mixture aside
Combine 12 eggs with blended cottage cheese in a bowl
Cook eggs in a lightly buttered pan on low to medium heat, stirring gently every minute until fluffy
Season eggs after cooking
Mix cooked eggs with light cheddar cheese, diced bacon, and chives
Warm tortillas and add Sriracha mayo to each
Distribute egg and beef filling equally on each tortilla with light mozzarella
Pinch corners towards the middle to form wraps
Toast crunchwraps on the bottom side first to seal and create a crispy cheese layer
Repeat for remaining five crunchwraps and serve
