High Protein Breakfast Crunchwraps
  1. Cook diced onions in a pan

  2. Add extra lean beef mince and brown

  3. Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, and light cream cheese, mix well

  4. Add hot sauce and mix

  5. Set beef mixture aside

  6. Combine 12 eggs with blended cottage cheese in a bowl

  7. Cook eggs in a lightly buttered pan on low to medium heat, stirring gently every minute until fluffy

  8. Season eggs after cooking

  9. Mix cooked eggs with light cheddar cheese, diced bacon, and chives

  10. Warm tortillas and add Sriracha mayo to each

  11. Distribute egg and beef filling equally on each tortilla with light mozzarella

  12. Pinch corners towards the middle to form wraps

  13. Toast crunchwraps on the bottom side first to seal and create a crispy cheese layer

  14. Repeat for remaining five crunchwraps and serve
