Green Pea Pesto Pasta
  1. Sauté the broccoli and green beans in olive oil for a few minutes.

  2. Blend the peas, pine nuts, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.

  3. Add the pesto to the cooked pasta and veggies, along with some additional pasta water, and stir well.

  4. Serve with vegan Parmesan.
