One Pan Creamy Lasagna
  1. Cook mince in a large pan until browned, then add onion, garlic and carrot. Cook until softened and everything is combined. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min.

  2. Pour in pasta sauce and stock, season with salt and pepper and bring to a hot bubble.

  3. Push lasagna sheets and any extra pasta into the sauce so they're mostly covered. Put the lid on and cook until the pasta is soft but not fully done. Add more stock/water if needed to cook the pasta.

  4. Stir through cream, mix well and return to the heat to warm through.

  5. Scatter over mozzarella and spoon on ricotta if using. Cover again until melted and gooey.

  6. Finish with parmesan and basil to serve.
