In a large pot over medium high heat brown and crumble sausage.
Add frozen seasoning blend and sautee briefly.
Add 4 ounces of cream cheese cut into cubes, and 1 can of undrained diced tomatoes.
Once the cream cheese is almost fully melted, add beef broth and for a thinner soup you can add up to 2 cups of water.
For a thicker soup, don't add water.
Bring this up a boil, then add Hamburger Helper noodles and seasoning mix.
Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes stopping to stir twice.
Taste for seasonings, add salt and pepper if needed, and if desired add red pepper flake and italian seasoning.
Serve with garlic bread on the side if desired.
