In a separate bowl, whisk pumpkin purée, eggs, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and a few extra chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until the center is set.
Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
For an extra fudgy texture, refrigerate them after they cool.
