Rub the fish pieces with lemon juice and Kashmiri chilli powder
Let sit for about 15 minutes
In a bowl, combine thick yogurt, tandoori masala powder, turmeric powder, sweet paprika, crushed black pepper, kasoori methi, and oil
Add gram flour and salt to the mixture
Add brown sugar and mix very well
Apply the marinade generously to each fish piece
Let the fish sit for about 15 more minutes
Preheat air fryer to 375°F
Air fry the fish for about 12 minutes (cook in batches if needed)
Drizzle with a teaspoon of oil halfway through cooking
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve with white rice, vegetable curry, or salad
