Blueberry Crumble
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F /175C

  2. Filling: Combine sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl. Add blueberries, Vanilla, and lemon juice. Gently fold together ingredients until the blueberries are coated with the dry mixture. Set it aside.

  3. Topping: Combine flour, old-fashioned rolled oats, brown sugar, Cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Slowly stir in melted butter until combined.

  4. Assembly: Add the blueberry mixture to the bottom of a greased pie pan or baking dish. Cover the blueberry mixture with the topping. Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until the blueberry filling is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

  5. Serving Suggestion: Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
