Florentine chicken bake
  1. Begin to brown the chicken in some veg oil in a skillet

  2. Add the onion as the chicken gets closer to being cooked through.

  3. Add the spinach and sautee until well heated

  4. Add herbs, orzo and broth and bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook until orzo is cooked completely

  5. Add the cream and cheese and stir through the dish

  6. If the consistency is too thin, add ½ a cup of bread crumbs to partially set the liquid.

  7. Top with crumbs

  8. Bake at 350f/175c for 20-30 minutes uncovered
