Begin to brown the chicken in some veg oil in a skillet
Add the onion as the chicken gets closer to being cooked through.
Add the spinach and sautee until well heated
Add herbs, orzo and broth and bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook until orzo is cooked completely
Add the cream and cheese and stir through the dish
If the consistency is too thin, add ½ a cup of bread crumbs to partially set the liquid.
Top with crumbs
Bake at 350f/175c for 20-30 minutes uncovered
