Mash bananas then whisk in the butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt
In another bowl whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and milk powder or cornstarch
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold to mix until thick and sticky
For the swirl paste, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, heavy cream, and salt
Alternate layering the batter and swirl paste about 3 layers with the final layer being batter
Bake at 350°F for 50-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (internal temperature around 200°F)
Cool for at least 30 minutes before icing
For the cream cheese glaze, cream together the cream cheese and butter
Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fluffy
Spread the glaze on the semi-cooled banana bread
