Cookie Dough Protein Bars
  1. In a large bowl combine the almond flour, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and milk.

  2. Mix everything well until a thick cookie dough style mixture forms.

  3. Add the chocolate chips and fold them into the mixture.

  4. Line a small mold or container with parchment paper.

  5. Press the mixture into the mold and flatten it evenly to create the bar base.

  6. Melt the dark chocolate and spread it evenly over the top.

  7. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until firm.

  8. Slice into bars and enjoy.
