Sautee the garlic and butter together, when it's melted you can add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. then add your seasoning if you want
marinate chicken for 30m-1h
cut chicken how you want. I shred it at the end anyway. marinate it for 1h in your seasoning (I used basil, adobo, paprika, salt/pepper, and maybe 1 tbsp of minced garlic. oil and maybe 1 tsp of lime(lemon's cool too) juice
sautee chicken and remove it in another bowl. when it's cooled, shred it
boil your tortellini in water at the same time. you'll know the tortellini's done when you press a noodle and it's really soft -- if you overdo them the cheese comes out easily. still yummy but not as pretty.
use your spoon to take off the brown bits of the chicken from the bottom. I sautéed the tortellini in MORE fresh garlic in the same chicken pan, but if you over boiled it, it's gonna stick easily because of the cheese.
add your 2 jars of sauce, mix. add chicken, add baby spinach and cover until the baby spinach gets soft. mix everything, and if you think you need more sauce, you can add more / make more. add another tbsp of the raw garlic, like 3 tbsp of cream cheese, your mozzarella and parmesan cheese to taste, and let it get melted enough to mix.
