Sticky Pork Fried Rice
  1. Start by frying off the pork mince until it's browned and all the excess water has evaporated.

  2. Then mix together all the sauce ingredients and pour into the pork. Cook on high until the pork is coated and sticky.

  3. Remove the pork from the pan and add in the whites part of the spring onion, fry for a few seconds and then add in the eggs. Cook until they're the egg looks like scrambled eggs but still soft and then add in the cooked rice.

  4. Mix well and add in the soy sauce. Taste and add more if necessary.

  5. Add the pork back on top.

  6. Garnish with red chilli, sesame seeds and the green part of the spring onion.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
