Remove the chicken from the packaging, and place it in the crock pot.
Using a medium saucepan, melt the butter on low heat. Add the mushroom soup, dried Italian salad dressing mix, cream cheese, and wine. Stir it until it's melted and creamy.
Pour the cheesy mixture over the chicken breasts, and cover with a lid. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Before serving, prepare the angel hair pasta according to the directions on the back of the box.
Shred or pull apart the chicken into chunks. Then, portion the angel hair pasta and chicken on a plate, and spoon the sauce on top. Dig in!
