In a cocktail shaker, add tomato juice, non-alcoholic vodka, black pepper, lemon juice, Red Boat Fish Sauce, sriracha, dijon mustard, celery salt, old bay seasoning, horseradish, and ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds or until combined.
Pour the old bay onto a plate and run the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass. Use the old bay seasoning on the plate to coat the glass rim.
Add ice to the rimmed glass and pour the bloody mary mixture over the ice. Garnish with optional celery, bacon, olives, lemon wedge, and or cornichons. Enjoy immediately.
