  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Cut up sweet potatoes into small ½ inch pieces. Trim and cut green beans in half.

  3. In a large bowl combine sweet potatoes, green beans, olive oil, pecans, and seasonings. Toss well with a large spoon.

  4. Pour the vegetables onto a sheet pan and spread them around evenly. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
