Seitan Recipe
  1. Blend the beans until fine and combine with the lukewarm broth.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients.

  3. Slowly pour in the lukewarm broth and stir and knead until just combined.

  4. Shape into desired size.

  5. Steam for 20 minutes until firm and bouncy or boil in a flavorful broth for 20-25 minutes.
