In a food processor or blender, blend together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Transfer the blended cheese mixture to a large bowl. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, and half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan.
Spread the mixture evenly onto your pizza crust or flatbread.
Top with additional spinach, artichokes, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil for the final 2 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
