Preheated oven at 170c (338f)
Cream butter and sugar, whisk with a hand mixer
Add oil, whisk with a hand mixer. Stir with a spatula
Add eggs, whisk with a hand mixer. Stir with a spatula
Add yoghurt, whisk with a hand mixer. Stir with a spatula
With the spatula slowly combine flour and baking powder
Add vanilla extract, whisk with a hand mixer. Stir with a spatula
Pour into prepared baking tray (slice, lamington or square)
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Allow to cool slightly on wire rack
Mix together powdered sugar and milk to make the icing
Remove from baking tray
While still warm, drizzle icing over cake. Spread over evenly
