My Boys' Favourite Grilled Cheese Matzah
  1. Wet the matzah sheets under water to soften

  2. Place them in a towel and let sit for about 10 minutes

  3. Cut into squares

  4. Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and a splash of milk

  5. Heat a pan with butter

  6. Dip each piece of matzah into the egg mixture

  7. Fry on both sides until golden

  8. Add cheese on top, then place another piece over to make a sandwich

  9. Cook until crispy and the cheese is melted

  10. Serve warm with a little jam
