Melt butter in stainless steel pan on low heat.
Add all ingredients listed above and whisk well to combine.
Remove from heat and set aside at room temperature until ready to serve.
For the Steak, I used ribeye. Slice into large bite sized pieces.
Season heavily with salt and pepper then sear on all sides in a stainless steel pan.
Remove the meat from the pan and coat with your cowboy butter.
Serve with mashed potatoes and caramelized or fried onions.
