Fool Proof No Knead Crusty Bread
  1. Get your biggest mixing bowl and mix together your flour, salt & yeast.

  2. Pour in your water, little by little, stirring until you have a mixture that looks bubbly.

  3. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it somewhere warm for about 12 hours.

  4. Heat the oven to 230C (450F) and pop your pot in to preheat for 30-45 minutes.

  5. Scrape your dough onto a heavily floured surface and shape into a ball.

  6. Set aside to rest until your pot is heated.

  7. Carefully place your dough inside the pot and place the lid back on top.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes.

  9. Remove lid and bake for a further 15 minutes.

  10. Let it cool on a cooling rack before cutting it open.
