Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Stir in oatmeal.
Add dry ingredients.
Set aside filling.
Mix chocolate, milk, butter and salt. Melt.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Spread ⅔ of oatmeal mix in pan (15x10x11”).
Cover with chocolate.
Dot with remaining oatmeal.
Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
