In a large shallow dish, combine the bacon, cranberries and chives. In another dish to the left, add the marmelade.
Place a chopping board to the left of the marmelade and slice the brie into 6 even wedges. Flip each wedge on its side and slice down the centre to create 12 thinner wedges.
Snap the pretzel sticks and poke them through the longest side to create the tree's trunk.
One by one, dunk the wedges cut-side down into the honey (making sure you cover the sides), then into the bacon mixture. You may need to use your fingers to press the mix into the brie to ensure the whole side is covered. If the mix isn't sticking/covering the cheese, you may need to dice it finer.
Repeat, then tuck in and enjoy!
