Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika.
In a large oven-save skillet or Dutch oven, melt butter and add chicken, brown well and drain on paper towels, set aside.
Cook sausage, celery, and onions to the same pan and stir frequently until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add rice, corn, and lemon juice, then mix well.
Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture and press chicken slightly into mixture.
Cover with foil or lid and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
