One-pan Cheesy Potato Meat Skillet
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.

  3. Stir in onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.

  4. Add potatoes, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Stir well to coat.

  5. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover again, and cook 2–3 minutes until melted.

  7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
