Crustless Quiche
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Grease a quiche dish or line it with baking paper.

  2. Cut broccoli into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain and run under cold water.

  3. Cut the salmon into small pieces

  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon zest and cheese.

  5. Scatter the blanched broccoli, salmon and dill evenly in the dish. Pour over the egg mixture, letting it settle around the fillings.

  6. Bake in the oven at 180 for 30 mins or Air Fryer 165 for 20-25 mins until the middle is set and no longer jiggly.

  7. Let it rest for 10 mins and enjoy!
