One-pan Chicken Shawarma
  1. Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C.

  2. On a baking pan with parchment paper, place the chicken tenderloin pieces and the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Mix it all together and spread it evenly on the baking pan.

  4. Cover it with wet parchment paper.

  5. Bake it in the oven on 420F for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove the parchment paper and transfer to convection broil on 450F for 7-8 minutes for a nice golden color.

  7. Garnish with a drizzle of tahini dressing, Amba sauce, and chopped parsley.
