  1. Combine ½ banana with all ingredients in a blender besides chia seeds. Blend for 20 seconds.

  2. Add the chia seeds to a medium bowl pour over the chocolate banana mixture and whisk to combine.

  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes and give it a stir.

  4. Add the chocolate banana chia pudding to jars and if you'd like, layer the rest of the banana in layers in the jars.

  5. Refrigerate the chia pudding for at least 4 hours and enjoy.
