Chickpea Blondies
  1. In a high speed blender, turn your oats into oat flour. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  3. Transfer the dough to a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper. Optionally top with some more chocolate.

  4. Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Let them cool completely.

  6. Sprinkle with flaky salt and cut into about 8 pieces.
