In a high speed blender, turn your oats into oat flour. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the dough to a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper. Optionally top with some more chocolate.
Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let them cool completely.
Sprinkle with flaky salt and cut into about 8 pieces.
