Rotisserie Chicken Pho
  1. Shred the chicken and separate the meat from the bones.

  2. Slice the onion and ginger in lengthwise and pop this in the air fryer or use a pan to char it.

  3. Add water to a large soup pot, chicken bones, onion, ginger, star anise, rock sugar, Knorr chicken powder and fish sauce.

  4. Taste and adjust accordingly.

  5. Cook this for about 30 minutes and occasionally skim off the fat/impurities.

  6. Add quail eggs and cook for another 5 minutes.

  7. Cook the pho according to package instructions.

  8. In a bowl, add pho, shredded chicken and broth.

  9. Serve with the condiments of your choice.
