Preheat oven to 400°F
Slice sausage and chop onion and bell peppers, and other veggies into medium size pieces
Arrange frozen pierogi, sausage, and veggies on a sheet pan
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Roast everything together on the sheet pan until cooked through and lightly browned, about 15 mins.
Serve with additional vegetable side
