Add 1 egg together with 50 grams of stevia (or preferred sweetener), 50 grams of full-fat yogurt, 25 grams of flour, 1 tsp. of baking powder and a pinch of salt & mix!
Add to the baking form and add a bit of pureed fresh strawberries in the middle.
Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
Let the cake cool off for about 20 minutes.
Add 50 grams of full-fat yogurt together with 1 tbsp. of stevia (or preferred sweetener) & add fresh strawberries.
